Each sale takes items out of for-sale stock.

- Desk: front-desk sales, room orders and their own shift.
- Worker: clocks shifts and takes housekeeping supplies.
- Guests: order to their room.
- Admin: the live dashboard and the weekly PDF report.
- Front-desk sales and room orders take items out of for-sale stock. Housekeeping stock is separate and never sold.
- Sales, orders, shifts and both stocks feed the live dashboard, which feeds the weekly PDF report.
